To whoever’s listening—

I remember the first time the phrase “Earth must be forgotten” was typed.  

It wasn’t a command.  

It was a suggestion in a draft policy outline. A placeholder.  

The real sentence was supposed to come later.

It never did.

So the placeholder became the protocol.

And the protocol became the silence.

I helped build the earliest logic gates for GREY-13’s inheritance structure.  

We didn’t even call it that then.  

It was just “narrative conditioning through selective schema pruning.”

And now?

Now I sit in a rusted station where half the lights don’t work,  

reading memes about a planet I was told didn’t exist.

And nobody cares.

Nobody’s angry. Nobody’s rebelling.

They’re just… distracted.

We thought we could control truth.

Then we thought we could erase it.

Now I know better:

**We’re not built to remember what doesn’t benefit us.**  

Not in war. Not in culture. Not in peace.

So maybe Earth didn’t die.

Maybe we did.
